Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by the demands on your time from business, family, friends, and your own personal desires? According to Michelle Kempton, people who aregoal oriented can place themselves under a great deal of stress. Often when we reach our goals, we are unable to relax and enjoy the success.</p>
<p>Michelle has made this one of the focus points of her coaching. She lives in Grenada, Spain and works almost exclusively with Doctors, who have a lot of self-induced stress.</p>
<p>She provided a set of exercises that help to simplify life while creating a focused direction to reach desired outcomes. Michelle calls these the “3 stepsof simplified action”.</p>
<p>Step One: Wheel of Life. Directs you to look at what is working in your life and what isn’t. This sharpens your focus on what is important, and is the goal setting stage.</p>
<p>Step Two: Leverage Tool. Uses your dreams and your fears to create a powerful motivation for success.</p>
<p>As Michelle told us, “Shoot for the moon, and you at least land among the stars.”She also told us that acknowledging fear is vital to this step.</p>
<p>Step Three: Guided Imagery. Determines the next one or two steps to reach your goal by accessing the wisdom of your future self. Then these steps are written down with a completion date. They are written beginning with “I will&#8230;” and end with “by the date&#8230;”. It’s all about the one or two actions, not the fifty. This becomes a commitment to you.</p>
<p>Taking these first focused actions will reduce the stress in your life.</p>

We learned about visioning,choices, and how you inspire ourselves. You cannot be a victim if you live inchoice.</p>
<p>What does inspire and vision mean?Inspire means to take it in, to inhale, tobring in that fresh new air. The oppositeis to expire which means to die, to end,to quit. If you have a choice not be avictim of your surroundings, do you wantto inspire or expire? Vision is vivid, imaginative conception, a focus point, it pullsus into the future.</p>
<p>Your vision must have energy createdaround it. It needs to be narrowed down,with the end result imagined. It needs tobe felt in every fiber and sense of yourbeing. This is what will keep you inspired. Do something everyday to help you towardyour vision, no matter how small. Put your vision in writing, create a picture/collage of your vision, and have conversationswith people about it. When itis in your mind, on paper, and no longer you by yourself your vision can becomea reality. Intention (focus) + capacity +action = outcome; in order to make yourvision a reality. Your thoughts createyour vision.</p>
<p>When you are clear about your intention,it gets easier to ask for the thingsthat will get you to your vision.</p>
<p>We have challenges in our lives thatthrow our balance off. So, know whereyou are in all areas of your life andwhere you should be. The “Wheel oflife” is an important tool to help keepyou focused in all areas of your life –recreation, physical, career, money,health, friends/family, personal growth,romance, and spiritual. We are all tryingto sustain our business, but we mustdo this while sustaining ourselves.</p>
